... Jason Vieaux
Jason Vieaux is passionate about music. Head of the CIM's guitar department, his latest CD, Bach, Vol. 1; Works for Lute, reached #13 on Billboard's Classical Chart, and prior to that, Sevilla: The Music of Isaac Albeniz, reached #2 on the Amazon.com Classical Bestseller List.
His musical tastes run from classical (obviously) to rock to hip-hop. (He points out that the genre doesn't make a difference - he appreciates individual artists).
Jason is also passionate about food. He loves exploring the many different ethnic selections that Cleveland has to offer, including those at Mallorca, Li Wah and many others. Jason is also a big Cavs and Indians fan.
His exploration of all that Cleveland has to offer began when he was a student at CIM. When friends from out of town visit, Jason enjoys showing them around the beautiful city he calls home. He loves the fact that, at CIM, he is in an environment where he feels "blessed" to never stop learning, and his exploration continues.
